[This episode begins with an establishing shot of the Dunn house, with the sun rising. After a "morning music" cue, there's a crash. Cut to inside the house, Max's room. He is sleeping. There's another crash, shaking the screen. Max slowly wakes up, shocked.]
Max: Hey! What's going on!?
[The camera turns to see Sally standing by one of his shelves.]
Sally: Oh, did I wake you?
Max: Yes, you did!
Sally: Sorry, I'll try to be more quiet.
Max: That's better.
[Max wiggles his way back into bed and closes his eyes.]
[Beat]
[Max wakes up, shocked.]
Max: Sally! What are you doing in my room!?
Sally: Cleaning.
Max: Oh, okay.
[Max falls asleep again.  Beat. Max jolts back up.]
Max: Wait, what?
Sally: Well I was going to do this later, but I figured that I might get in your way if I cleaned up your room while you were using it.
Max: Okay, why are you cleaning my room at all?
Sally: Uh... because that's what good sisters do?
[Sally gives a bright sunshiney smile. Max doesn't even put the effort to be suspicious. He gives a deadpan look with his arms folded.]
Max: Alright, what did you break?
[Sally's eyes get big and light up with tears.]
Sally: How could you accuse me of something like that?
Max: Because that sounds in character. Cleaning my room... not so much.
[Beat]
Max: I'm not dying am I?
Sally: I'd hope not.
[Sally walks across the room and starts dusting toys on a shelf. Max marches over.]
Max: What are you doing with my stuff!?
[Max breathes in some of the dust and sneezes. Sally seems to ignore it.]
Sally: Cleaning, duh. You think I'm acting weird, and you're the one who can't even pay attention.
[Sally knocks on Max's head a few times. Max grabs one of his toys away from Sally.]
Max: You didn't mess with this did you?
[Sally puts a hand on her hip, and gives a blissful expression.]
Sally: No, I didn't. Unless by "mess with" you meant "replace the batteries."
[Beeping starts coming from outside the room. Sally appears to be surprised]
Sally: Oh breakfast is ready! Gotta go!
[Sally dashes off, but she comes to a realization and skids to a stop, kicking up dust as she does so. She turns to Max, still flustered.]
Sally: I know that I haven't finished cleaning your room yet, but I promise that it's gonna SPARKLE by the time you get home from work!
Max: Wait, Sally did you--

[Before Max finishes talking, Sally is gone. Max looks nervous for a moment as he examines his row of comic books. He pushes them aside to reveal a hidden nook in the back, where his Sparkle Princess comics sit untouched. ]
Max: Alright... so, next order of business.
[Max walks over to his closet door, opens it. Then he slams his hand on the door. As he does so we cut to a very loud car crash outside. Cut to back inside Max's bedroom. Max's hand is red and throbbing.]
Max: [In pain] Okay... so not dreaming. Wow using the door was a terrible idea.
Max: So, Sally what are you up to...
[Max looks around the bedroom. He picks up the toy that Sally was dusting.]
Max: Everything seems normal. Too normal.
[Beat.]
Max: (Laughs) What am I even talking about? I'm starting to sound like Niall. And that's not a road I want to travel down.
[Max opens his closet door to see an outfit hung up on the back of the closet, with a note attached]
Sally: {Voice over} Washed your clothes for you to help get your day started right! Love, Sally.
[Max stares at it for a beat]
Max: Does she really think I'm that stupid? The itching powder trick only works once!
[Max goes looking through the other shirts. He looks at the ties with them.]
Max: Hmmm, each of these ties have fresh designs. She got to them all.

[Cut to Max sitting down at the kitchen table in his pajamas. Sally is taking something out of the oven.]
Sally: Max, you didn't get dressed? I did your laundry--
Max: Yeah, I saw. I just thought that I'd go to work in pajamas today.
[Sally walks over to Max and places some food on his plate. Sally smiles at him.]
Sally: Well, you've certainly got the style to pull it off!
[Max thinks for a beat. He looks down to his food, which is a smiley faced pancake.]
Max: Wait a minute! That's your plan, isn't it?
Sally: My... plan?
Max: Make me think that my clothes are booby-trapped so that I'd go to work in my pajamas!
[Sally's smile fades. She looks annoyed.]
Sally: You're still on that prank thing, aren't you?
[Max stares at Sally suspiciously. Sally rolls her eyes.]
Sally: (Sigh). If it makes you feel better... ahem.
[Sally starts acting over-dramatic]
Sally: Oh good golly gosh, you got me! You found out my evil plan to embarrass my brother! Oh woe is me!
Max: Maybe... you're right? I'm going to get dressed.
Sally: C'mon, eat your breakfast! I worked really hard on it. [Deadpan] That sounds even more suspicious, doesn't it?
Max: Yup.

[Cut to Max walking downstairs, shaking out his shirt to indicate that he's just put it on. Autumn and Robert are sitting at the kitchen table. Sally places down Autumn's food.]
Sally: And for you, Autumn, an omelet with plenty of greens.
Autumn: Like green jellybeans?
Sally: No, like green vegetables.
[Autumn eyes it suspiciously]
Autumn: Okay, so what else is in it?
[Sally groans angrily]
Sally: I try to do something nice and everyone loses their mind!
[Sally takes a deep breath.]
Sally: Look, you enjoy breakfast. I gotta make your lunch. Unless you wanna eat cafeteria cookies.
Autumn: Ha ha, right. Like I'm eating something that you wouldn't.
Robert: Honey, maybe you should--
Autumn: Sorry, but I'm not eating a breakfast that might be full of hot sauce.
[Sally rolls her eyes. She sticks a fork inside and places it in her mouth. She ends up gagging. It tastes horrible to her, but she swallows it and smiles with an awkward grin. Sally sticks out her tongue to indicate she's eaten it.]
Sally: [Tongue sticking out] See? Totally safe.
[Sally walks off to a distant counter. Max sits down. Autumn nervously starts eating. Robert turns to Max, with a puckish smile.]
Robert: So, Max, what's Sally planning?
Max: Uh... I don't know.
Robert: Oh, I get it.
[Robert winks]
Autumn: I can see what you're doing. And whatever you and Sally are planning, I don't intend to be a victim of it.
[Autumn pushes away her breakfast]
Robert: What? I'm not a part of whatever Sally's planning.
[Sally slams her fist down on the table so hard, the childish drawings on the paper covering it experience an earthquake. Cut to Sally giving a very angry expression.]
Sally: Sally was planning on giving her family a great morning because she was in a good mood.
[Sally hands Max a comic book]
Sally: Here's your morning comic book. Be careful, it might explode into confetti!
Max: I... uh....
Sally: Just go to work.
Max: Don't you to come on the drive so you can take the car home?
Sally: Nah, you might get concerned that I'll cut the brakes.
[Sally goes into the living room.]
Sally: I'm going to my room because that's the only place that people think I'm not trying to pull a prank off!
[Sally stomps up the stairs.]
[Cut to Max looking at the uneaten smiling face pancake. He looks towards the living room door as the scene fades to black.]

[Cut to the Dunn house exterior, sunset. Max has just arrived home, after work. He exits the car and looks at the house nervously. He takes a deep breath, and then pushes it open.]
Max: Sally, I want to say--
[Before Max can continue, he comes face-to-face with Sally standing right there. She has a bright smile on her face. Sally is also wearing rubber cleaning gloves and is holding a cup of hot chocolate.]
Sally: Hiya Max! How was your day?
Max: Uh... good, I guess. I wanted to talk about what happened this morning.
Sally: So do I. I shouldn't be quick to anger. I made you some hot chocolate to apologize.
[Sally hands Max the hot chocolate]
Sally: I made it just the way you like it.
Max: Wait - you're apologizing to me?
[Sally looks at him, and then looks baffled. It sounds like an utterly ridiculous notion.]
Sally: Of course! Is there a problem with that?
Max: Uh... no?
Sally: Good, because dinner is ready! C'mon.
[Sally pushes Max towards the kitchen, with a blissful smile on her face.]
Max: Sally, can we talk about this?
Sally: We could, but then the dinner might get cold.
[Max sits down in one of the chairs. Sally ties a handkerchief around his neck.]
Max: Is this really necessary?
Sally: Of course it is, silly!
[Sally rushes over to the oven.]
Sally: After this morning, I realized that I wasn't trying hard enough to be the perfect little sister, so I've spent all day cleaning the house just for you! Except for your room of course.
Max: Sally, I told you. I'm sorry.
[Sally puts her arm around Max's shoulder with her bright smile.]
Sally: And I told you, there's no need to be.
[Sally rushes over to the oven and pulls out a pie.]
Sally: Besides, this gave me a chance to try out a new secret ingredient!
[Sally drops the pie onto the table, and scoops some onto a fork.]
Sally: Open wide, Maxxy! Tell me if you can guess what I've added!
[Sally pushes the fork towards Max in slow motion. Max wiggles and squirms, giving off frightened reactions.]
Max: [Internally] This is it. This is how I die.
[The fork gets very close to Max, but then he finally shouts:]
Max: WAIT!
[Sally stops. She looks sad and confused]
Max: I can... uh... feed myself.
[Beat. Sally rebounds into her happy self again.]
Sally: Oh, how silly of me!
[Sally hands the fork to Max. Max stares at it in tension. Then he gets an idea]
Max: Look over there! A distraction
[Sally puts her hands on her hips and stares at Max. As she does, a bird crashes into the back window that they both ignore]
Sally: Do you really think that I'm dumb?
Max: Uh... no.
Sally: Then eat the pie.
Max: But... it's uh... Opposite Day. So... I shouldn't eat the pie.
Sally: You and I both know that Opposite Day is on September 27th. So eat the pie.
Max: But--
Sally: You know what?
[Sally picks up the pie and she holds it like she's about to shove it in Max's face.]
Max: No, Sally, wait--
[Sally holds the pie above her head and then lets it fall onto her head. Then she tosses the pie dish like a throwing disc.]
Sally: You're totally right. I should have done better.
[Sally has her smile back]
Sally: You just relax, and I'm gonna make sure that you have the best night ever!
[Sally skips up]
Max: But Sally--
[Beat]
Max: And she's gone.
[Max walks over to the pie dish. He sticks his finger in it, and he swipes. He comes up with some pie. He raises it to his mouth nervously, and he eats it.]
Max: This is... the best pie that I've ever had.

[Max enters the living room.]
Max: Hey Sally....
Sally: {Voice over} Hi Max!
[Reverse shot. Sally is sitting on the couch with a controller in her hand. Her hair is now down, and in addition to wearing the cleaning gloves, she is also now wearing a frilly apron.]
Sally: Come play with me, Max.
[Sally pats the couch right next to her.]
Max: Uh... where are Autumn and Robert?
Sally: Oh, then. (Giggles) I hared a sitter. So we have the whole night to ourselves.
Max: And what about Gumdrops?
Sally: Sitter.
Max: Charmichael!?
[Sally tilts her head to the side, while keeping the same smile.]
Sally: Sitter. I didn't want anyone to interrupt us.

[Cut to Ryker's house. Autumn, Robert, Gumdrops, and even Charmichael are all there, surrounding Ryker. Ryker looks very annoyed.]
Ryker: Why did I even agree to this!?

[Cut to the Dunn's living room. Max and Sally are playing a kart racing game. Sally's car rolls off of a cliff and explodes. Sally turns to Max and smiles.]
Sally: Golly, Max. You're too good. It looks like you win again. You could do this professionally!
Max: [Internally] She thinks she's got me, but I'm going to foil her plan. Whatever it is...
Announcer: 3-2-1 GO!
[Max's car immediately goes off of the track and it explodes]
Announcer: Player 2 wins!
Max: Huh. It looks like you won one.
[Max smiles at Sally. Sally looks on in disbelief for a moment or two. Then she turns her head sideways again, and slowly moves her gaze to Max.]
Sally: You're very clever, big brother.
Max: Uh...
Sally: You were able to lose faster than me! That takes some real skill, you know?
Max: Oh come on!
Sally: And you know what?
[Sally stands up]
Sally: I think I'm gonna make you a super SPECIAL victory sundae!
[Sally gets up and she starts skipping away, but she stops first.]
Sally: Should I change the game before I go?
Max: Uh... no. That's okay?
Sally: Get you a soda?
Max: Um... no.
Sally: Special comic?
Max: No... thank you
Sally: Any of my toys?
Max: I am good.
[Sally shrugs and she returns to skipping into the kitchen.]

[Cut to Max hiding in his bedroom closet.]
Max: Okay... I have a moment alone. I can figure this out.
[Max takes out his cell phone and starts dialing numbers. While he does this, we hear Sally's humming and giggling echoing throughout the house. Max peeks out through the closet door, and we see Sally's shadow pass by Max's room.]
Sally: Oh big brother, where are you?
Max: C'mon, c'mon, pickup!
[Niall answers the phone]
Niall: Hello, Mr. Max? What do I owe the pleasure to?
Max: You're not going to believe this, but I think that my sister has been replaced by an alien.
[Niall stares at the camera, blinking.]
Niall: Is this some kind of prank?
Max: I don't know. Just... look. You've got to help me. I don't know what happened. Sally has gone crazy!
Niall: What's she doing?
Max: Well... this morning, she woke me up by cleaning my room!
Niall: Okay, then what?
Max: Then she made me a pie.
Niall: [Sarcastic] The fiend.
Max: No, you don't understand! She kept letting me win at Turbo Kart, over and over!
Niall: I know that we've had a bit of a past, but you don't need to make fun of me.
[The phone hangs up]
Max: Just great...
Sally: {Voice over} Oh Maximus! Where are you? Your sundae is ready! Get it before it melts!
[Max clutches his phone in fear]
Max: I need to know why she's acting like this. C'mon, think.
[Max knocks his head a few times, and then he's hit with a realization]
Max: If she was planning anything, she would have put it in her diary.
[Max slowly opens the closet door and looks through his room.]
Max: The only question is... how do I get to it without Sally finding me?

[Cut to Max creaking open his bedroom door. He peeks both ways, but Sally doesn't seem to be there. He steps out and the door slams behind him. Max is quick to turn around.]
Max: If Sally didn't hear that--
[The power goes out.]
Max: What happened to the power?
Sally: {Voice over} Hmmm, this darkness is gonna make it so much harder to find Max. He's such a great hide and seeker!
[Max rolls his eyes and he tip-toes into Sally's room.
